Andreas is a “purveyor of magical goods” in the city of Jora in Kuskar. His mother is elven and his father is Kuskar. He is an honest dealer, though he asks few questions of how his goods will be used.

He employs two half-orc guards, Dansk and Kord, to help him keep an eye on things in his shop.
