The Hand of Talvor is a criminal enterprise based in the city of Osandar in Yulania. It deals in theft, assassination, prostitution, gambling, extortion, and also operates the city’s most lucrative black market.

The organization is named for its founder, Talvor Karpetian, a noted thief and assassin who is rumored to be still alive and for hire despite the fact that the Hand was founded over 150 years ago.

Arnal Degarian is one of the current lieutenants of the organization.
