Mahesh Sarad (also known as Mahesh Sarad Leilisi) is the current (508 AT) Kargan of Achera. He has taken on the name of Ishvara II.

Ishvara is known as a competent, if unconfident, ruler. He is 19 years old and took the Orchid Throne after his mother, Leilias V, passed away from illness.
