Graathira is the wife of Saarask, the progenitor-god of the Urkhani (orcs). She is the goddess of slavery and subjugation.

Dogma

Graathira often competes with her husband over the dispensation of enemies—Saarask believes none should be left alive while Graathira and her followers delight in capturing other intelligent creatures and using them for entertainment, sacrifice, or food.

Clergy and Temples

Graathira’s clerics often maintain the orcish slave pits and oversee the dispensation of prisoners. Some slaves are eventually sacrificed in the temple of Graathira, but only after long days of deprivation, torture, and the like.

Appearance

Graathira is a powerfully built orc female with a long black braid that ends in a sharp steel hook. She wields a mighty flail, “Fleshrender,” and often accompanies her husband into battle.

Obediences

Certain devout followers of Graathira perform daily rituals called “obediences” in order to gain special blessings from the deity. Subjugate a “lesser” being for a time—or for all time. Gain a +4 profane bonus to Intimidate and a +2 profane bonus to hit with flails (and their variants: heavy flail, dire flail, etc.).
