Edeva
City in far eastern Yulania that sits where the Inavina River meets the Lower Iamari River. The city is nestled in the foothills of the Uralda Mountains and showcases the fantastic rapids created where the two rivers meet.

Government
The city of Edeva is ruled by its Baron, the Lord Mayor. The post is usually inherited by the first born of the previous Baron of House Arturian. The current Baron is Baron Grigor Arturian, Lord Mayor of Edeva.
The Baron appoints all of the major positions in the city save those of the clergy.
The Lord Exchequer presides over the city’s bureaucracy. This bureaucracy is devoted primarily to the maintenance of the city treasury and the collection of taxes.
