Weapons gain the ability to bypass hardness when sundering/attacking objects (similar to adamantine), ignoring hardness of less than 30. Weapons made of Ysarian steel have 1/2 more hp than normal and a hardness of 30. Weapons made of Ysarian steel are automatically considered to be of masterwork quality (+6,000 gp).

Armor made of Ysarian Steel gain the following properties: DR/5 for light armor; DR/10 for medium armor; DR/15 for heavy armor. Armor made of Ysarian steel is automatically considered to be of masterwork quality (10k/15k/+20k gp).
