Description

Ulliam Stavan is man of average build and looks in his mid-thirties. He has hazel eyes and brown hair with a close-cropped beard.

Bio:

Lord Ulliam Stavan was born in 473 AT to Lord Garin and Lady Terrena Stavan. Lady Terrena died soon after the birth due to the complications and Ulliam was raised primarily by his father. Lord Garin was a loving man of mild disposition and treated his young son well. In 490 AT, when young Ulliam was but 17 years of age, Lord Garin fell during a boar hunting accident, allowing the young lord to come into his inheritance.

Since he has taken on the responsibilities of his station, Ulliam has proven to be a reasonable man who very much cares about the town over which he presides.
