Tergin Slipboot is an experienced adventurer based out of Khazak-Ur. He is also one of the owners of the Thane’s Decree, a modest inn in the Upper City. His business partner (and former adventuring partner) is a human named Bron.

He guided Azuredee Silverthistle and Alys Mournbow to the city of Ambraxaran.
