Rolgar is the nephew of Thane Graniteshard, who is part of the ruling council of Khazak-Ur. He runs a profitable mining outfit in the city that ran into a problem with Ghorazagh about a year ago.

Rolgar is a blunt man and has little time for fripperies and foolery. He is serious-minded and profit-oriented.
